Membrance Returns & Refunds Policy

At Membrance, we take great care in producing high-quality, personalised funeral stationery created specifically to your requirements. As each order is custom-made, the following policy applies in accordance with UK consumer law.
Personalised Products – No Returns or Cancellations
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers do not have the right to cancel or return an order for goods that are made to the consumer’s specification or clearly personalised.
Because all Membrance products are custom-designed and printed uniquely for each customer, we cannot accept returns, offer exchanges, or provide refunds once an order has been approved and sent to print, unless the item is faulty or we have made an error.
Proofing & Approval
Before printing, you will receive a digital proof to review.
It is your responsibility to carefully check all:
Spelling, grammar, and text
Dates, names, and service details
Images and layout
Once you approve the proof, the design is considered final and will be printed as supplied.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:
Damaged,
Faulty, or
Different from the approved proof,
please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at hello@memnbrance.co.uk, providing clear photographs of the issue.
If the fault is ours, we will correct and reprint the item at no additional cost.
Printing & Colour Variation
Please note that slight colour variations between on-screen proofs and printed materials are normal due to differences in screens and printing processes. These are not considered faults.
Incorrect Information Supplied
Membrance cannot be held responsible for mistakes in the final product that were present in the proof approved by the customer. Reprints due to customer error will incur the standard printing charges.
