The Process

Designing your funeral stationery with Membrance is simple, supportive, and stress-free. Here’s what to expect:
1. Choose Your Design
Browse our collection and select a design that feels right for your loved one. Every template can be personalised to suit your needs.2. Select Quantity & Pages
Pick how many copies you need and choose between 4, 8 or 12 pages. Everything is clearly priced so you know exactly what you’re ordering.3. Checkout Securely
Complete your order with our secure checkout. Once your order is placed, we’ll immediately send you the next steps.4. Receive Your Canva Template Link
You’ll receive a link to edit your chosen design in Canva — a free and easy-to-use design tool.5. Personalise Your Template
Add photos, change text, adjust colours, and make the design your own. You’re in complete control, and you can take as much time as you need.6. Export Your PDF
When you’re happy with your design, simply export it as a print-ready PDF.7. Send It to Us
Email your final PDF to hello@membrance.co.uk. We’ll check everything is set up correctly for print.8. We Print & Deliver

Printing & Delivery

To maintain the quality and integrity of our designs, all printing is handled by Membrance.

Once your design is approved and you’ve placed your order, we aim to deliver printed materials within 3–5 working days.

Printing costs depend on the type and quantity of items you order. Prices can be found here: Pricing

All of our orders of service are A5 sized and professionally printed on premium silk paper stock: 250gsm for the cover and 150gsm for inner pages. A5 Dimensions: 148 x 210mm.

Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking information, which we’ll provide once your items are dispatched.

At the moment we only deliver within Great Britain.
Revisions & Support

Don’t worry — we’re here to help. You can edit your design as many times as you need before printing. If you get stuck, just reach out and we’ll guide you or offer light editing support to make sure everything looks just right.

If the mistake is on our part, we’ll reprint your order free of charge. If the error was approved in the design proof, we can offer a discounted reprint.

Yes, we keep your designs on file for a set period of time, making it easy to reorder items if needed.
