How does the process work?

  • Our professional design service is here to remove stress and decision-making, so you can focus on what matters most. We guide you through each step and handle everything for you.

    1. Find the perfect design – Browse our collection and purchase the template you like. After purchase, you'll get instant access to our content template where you can upload photos, poems , hymns etc.

    2. Thoughtful Design by Our Team

    Our experienced designers carefully create a respectful, elegant order of service based on your information. We take care of layout, typography, and balance, ensuring everything feels just right.

    3. Proof & Approval

    You’ll receive a digital proof to review. You can request changes if needed, and nothing is printed until you’re completely happy.

    4. Professional Printing

    Once approved, we professionally print your order of service using quality materials and finishes, with careful attention to detail.

    5. Delivered to Your Door

    Your printed stationery is carefully packaged and delivered directly to you, ready for the service.

  • The £199 price covers the complete Membrance service:

    There are no separate design, print or delivery charges for your standard order.

  • We've changed our pricing because we believe the design should be at the heart of what we do.

    Previously, you had to choose a template, page count and quantity before ordering. This put a lot of emphasis on the printing, when what makes a Membrance order of service special is the personal design we create around your loved one.

    Now there's one simple price for the complete service — design, printing and delivery included.

  • No — that's our job.

    Our standard orders of service are 4 or 8 pages. Once we know what you'd like to include, we'll help you decide which format works best.

    You don't need to work out how many pages you'll need before you get started.

  • Yes, but don't worry about getting it exactly right.

    We ask you to choose the Membrance design that's closest to the style you're looking for when you start your order. This gives your designer a starting point and helps us understand the look and feel you'd like.

    From there, we'll personalise the design around your loved one. If the finished design changes considerably from the original template, that's absolutely fine. The template is simply a starting point — what matters is creating something that feels right for them.

  • However works best for you.

    Most of our design process happens by email, which makes it easy for you to send us photographs, service details, readings, hymns and other content, while giving everyone a clear record of what's been agreed.

    If you'd rather talk things through, you can also speak to us by phone or arrange a call with your designer. Sometimes it's simply easier to explain an idea by talking it through, especially when you're not quite sure what you want.

    When you complete our content form, you'll also have the option to book a call with your designer to discuss your ideas, the person you're remembering and what you'd like the order of service to feel like.

    We're not a faceless online print service. You'll be working with a real designer who will get to know what you're looking for and help turn your ideas into something personal.

    You can also contact us via WhatsApp if that's more convenient.

  • Absolutely.

    Your order of service can include the things that make it personal to them — photographs, readings, hymns, poems, prayers, memories, messages and other details that you'd like to share.

  • As much as you'd like.

    Some families have a very clear idea of what they want, while others would rather leave the design in our hands. We'll work with you at whatever level you're comfortable with.

  • Yes.

    You'll receive a digital proof before anything is printed, giving you the opportunity to check the details and request changes.

Printing & Delivery

  • To maintain the quality and integrity of our designs, all printing is handled by Membrance.

  • Once your design is approved and you’ve placed your order, we aim to deliver printed materials within 3–5 working days.

  • Printing costs depend on the type and quantity of items you order. Prices can be found here: Pricing

  • All of our orders of service are A5 sized and professionally printed on premium silk paper stock: 250gsm for the cover and 150gsm for inner pages. A5 Dimensions: 148 x 210mm.

  • Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking information, which we’ll provide once your items are dispatched.

  • At the moment we only deliver within Great Britain.

Revisions & Support

  • Don’t worry — we’re here to help. You can edit your design as many times as you need before printing. If you get stuck, just reach out and we’ll guide you or offer light editing support to make sure everything looks just right.

  • If the mistake is on our part, we’ll reprint your order free of charge. If the error was approved in the design proof, we can offer a discounted reprint.

  • Yes, we keep your designs on file for a set period of time, making it easy to reorder items if needed.
