How does the process work?

    1. Find the perfect design – Browse our collection and purchase the template you like. After purchase, you'll get instant access to our content template where you can upload photos, poems , hymns etc.

    2. Thoughtful Design by Our Team

    Our experienced designers carefully create a respectful, elegant order of service based on your information. We take care of layout, typography, and balance, ensuring everything feels just right.

    3. Proof & Approval

    You’ll receive a digital proof to review. You can request changes if needed, and nothing is printed until you’re completely happy.

    4. Professional Printing

    Once approved, we professionally print your order of service using quality materials and finishes, with careful attention to detail.

    5. Delivered to Your Door

    Your printed stationery is carefully packaged and delivered directly to you, ready for the service.

Printing & Delivery

  • To maintain the quality and integrity of our designs, all printing is handled by Membrance.

  • Once your design is approved and you’ve placed your order, we aim to deliver printed materials within 3–5 working days.

  • Printing costs depend on the type and quantity of items you order. Prices can be found here: Pricing

  • All of our orders of service are A5 sized and professionally printed on premium silk paper stock: 250gsm for the cover and 150gsm for inner pages. A5 Dimensions: 148 x 210mm.

  • Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking information, which we’ll provide once your items are dispatched.

  • At the moment we only deliver within Great Britain.

Revisions & Support

  • Don’t worry — we’re here to help. You can edit your design as many times as you need before printing. If you get stuck, just reach out and we’ll guide you or offer light editing support to make sure everything looks just right.

  • If the mistake is on our part, we’ll reprint your order free of charge. If the error was approved in the design proof, we can offer a discounted reprint.

  • Yes, we keep your designs on file for a set period of time, making it easy to reorder items if needed.
