Design Service FAQ

  • This is a paid add-on where we handle the entire design for you. You send us your text, photos, and any details you’d like included, and we place everything into your chosen template. You’ll receive a professionally prepared PDF for approval before printing.

  • We’ll send you a simple checklist. You just provide:

    • Names and dates

    • Order of service details

    • Readings, hymns, poems or tributes

    • Photos you’d like included

    You can supply everything by email, and we’ll take care of the rest.

  • Yes — you can request as many changes as you like. We want you to feel completely happy with the final design before anything goes to print.

  • Absolutely. A professional print designer prepares your PDF with correct margins, colour settings, and bleed. That means the print will look clean, sharp, and exactly as intended — no technical issues or surprises.

  • Most designs are completed within 48 hours, depending on how much content you have. If your order is urgent, just let us know — we can prioritise your project to ensure it’s ready in time for the service.

  • Yes. Once you’ve approved the final PDF, we’ll handle the printing and deliver your completed A5 order of service on luxury silk stock with hand-finished saddle stitching. You won’t need to organise anything yourself.

  • Yes — you’ll receive the Canva template too, giving you full flexibility if you want to make small edits yourself later or reuse the design for another keepsake.
