Yes — Canva works on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. For the smoothest experience (especially when working with longer documents), we recommend using a desktop or laptop, but you can absolutely make edits on the go using the Canva app.

Our standard templates are designed to support between 4 and 12 pages, which is more than enough for most services. However, you’re not limited to just 12 — because orders of service are printed in multiples of four pages (4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24 etc.), you can add extra spreads as needed.
Many families choose to add additional photo pages or tribute spreads to include more memories, especially when creating a keepsake for guests. Canva makes it easy to duplicate existing page layouts and add more content — just keep in mind that the total number of pages must be a multiple of four for correct printing.
If you’re not sure how many pages you’ll need, start simple. You can always expand your design later.
